The waist joint adds to its flexibility, moving along the Z-axis up to 155 degrees and along the Y-axis from -2.5 to 135 degrees, giving it a vertical working range of up to 6.6 feet (2 meters).

Equipped with a high-definition binocular camera on its head and additional cameras on each wrist, it can handle a variety of objects and perform inspections with ease. Unitree has also developed an integrated software platform alongside the G1-D.
